The way to fit your Sky-Protect

Sky-Protect consist of a special PE-Foam, which must correspond to the requirements for the application in the PKW Field.The foam is provided in bigger rolls to the processor.

The amount of foam varies from 1500 to 3000 lfm.

The special magnet foil, made for Sky-Protect, is also provided to the processor. PE-Foam is now laminated by the processor with the magnet foil and initially rolls up to a bigger roll.

This roll with around 1500 lfm is then again rolled up and appropriate sizes are mechanically cut for the Sky-Protect Products. Since each vehicle has different sizes in the roof and the bonnet area, appropriate pieces are pre-split for this.

These are stored in palettes and send to the next processor.

In the next step, your Sky-Protect gets the printing on roof and bonnet in a special screen printing method.

Here, the pads are still in rectangular shape at the processor.

In the third step, the pads with pure water jet technology are customized to the respective original form.

The pre-split pads are now passed to our manufacturer as a particular set.

There, packaging’s, operating instruction, security strips and your Sky-Protect are brought together for the completed product.

From here, each Sky-Protect is sent centrally to the customer.
